With your website copy taking shape, it’s time to craft the visual identity that will bring your brand to life. Over the next five days, you'll explore the aesthetic, tone, and visual language that best represents your work today. Through supportive creative direction, you’ll refine your brand’s presence, ensuring every element—from colors to typography to imagery—feels cohesive, intentional, and deeply aligned with your vision. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a fully developed branding board that serves as a foundation for your website’s redesign and the future of your offerings.

Visual & Strategic branding

This phase invites you into a creative exploration to uncover your unique aesthetic signature. There’s no need for perfection—think of it as browsing a clothing rack, drawn to the colors, tones, and textures that truly resonate with you. Once your initial written copy is complete, let it serve as inspiration. Reflect on the imagery or symbols that naturally arise from your words, and watch as your brand’s essence begins to take shape visually.

Everything you discover during this process will be distilled into two distinct branding directions, which we’ll review together in your final Branding Session. From there, we’ll refine and finalize a cohesive branding board that serves as the foundation for your website and online presence. If you’re working with a photographer, I offer creative direction for your photoshoot to ensure your imagery aligns perfectly with your brand’s aesthetic. I recommend scheduling your shoot about a week after our Branding Session to seamlessly integrate your visuals into your website.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a fully realized brand identity and finalized website copy, setting the stage for Phase IV: Website Creation.

Website Creation
Bringing your renewed vision to Life

This is the phase where everything comes together—your re-vision, messaging, and branding take shape in an aesthetically designed, fully functional website. My team and I work closely with you to ensure your site is not only visually compehensive but also strategic, intuitive, and aligned with the essence of your work. Whether you need a simple, elegant platform or a more complex site, we tailor the design to support your offerings and long-term growth.

The timeline for your website build depends on its complexity, and we launch as soon as it’s complete—allowing you to begin leveraging your online presence right away. Full website ownership is transferred once all payments are completed.

THE WEBSITE CREATION PROCESS

The website build unfolds in six phases, with a timeline that depends on the complexity of your site. On average, websites take 4-6 weeks to complete. Here’s what to expect:

Phase 1: Content & Design Review

Once your finalized website copy is complete and you’ve selected your final photos (or received them from your photoshoot), we’ll schedule a review meeting. During this session, we’ll go over all your website content with a designer from my team, ensuring it’s organized in a way that best communicates your work.

Phase 2: Initial Website Template
(1 Week)

Your assigned designer will create the first template of your website, with my oversight to ensure everything aligns with your vision. At this stage, you’ll need to create a Squarespace account and choose a hosting plan (monthly or annual) to bring your website online.

Phase 3: First Review & Revisions
(3 Days + 1 Week of Edits)

After the initial website is built, you’ll have three days to review and provide feedback through our Signal or WhatsApp group chat. We’ll integrate your revisions over the following week.

Phase 4: Second Review & Refinements
(3 Days + 1 Week of Edits)

A second revision period opens, where you’ll have three days to offer additional refinements. We’ll then integrate your feedback into the site over the next week.

Phase 5: Final Tweaks & Live Revision Call
(1 Hour)

We’ll finalize your website with a one-hour live video session, where I’ll make the last adjustments in real time. Additional revisions beyond this session are available at $120/hour.

Phase 6: Launch & Visibility Integration

Launch Day! We’ll close the process with a final call to celebrate this milestone and acknowledge the journey it took to bring your work to this threshold. This is a rite of passage, and I’ll hold space for whatever is present for you as you step into greater visibility.

Final website ownership will be transferred upon completion of your payment plan.
